Dual Split Drill Pipe Wipers are supplied by Talent Sprawl Trading Company. They are designed for maximum efficiency and durability in demanding drilling environments. Made from a proprietary tear-resistant rubber compound, these wipers maintain flexibility even in cold temperatures and are suitable for use with both water and oil-based drilling muds. Available in two styles—Dual Split and Single Solid—our wipers feature a heavy spring steel reinforced ring to prevent collapse and eliminate the risk of debris falling into the hole.
Dual Split Wipers offer two wiping surfaces for superior cleaning and longer lifespan, ideal for keeping the drill pipe free from mud and cuttings. They are molded using a cold-weather rubber compound to ensure flexibility and effectiveness. The design allows for easy installation without the need to split the pipe, making maintenance straightforward.
Single Solid Flat Wipers feature a low-profile design with a single wiping lip, making them versatile for all applications. Both types are available in various sizes, colors, and compounds, with custom ID cuts to fit different drill pipe ODs.
Dual Split Drill Pipe Wipers are made with a spring steel reinforced ring. The split in the dual wipers allows the wiper to be threaded easily onto the pipe.
Our split-type wipers offer the advantage of a symmetrical, one-piece design with multiple wiping actions. They provide more than two full turns of continuous wiping surface around the full circumference of the pipe. Unlike traditional split-type wipers, there are no gaps in the inner wiping edge, ensuring no unwiped streaks on the pipe.
